Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed with Klune, Switzerland, on this site (details in the legal notice). The French version prevails.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Klune is not registered for VAT. Shipping costs are shown before payment.

3. Order and payment

The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Klune never has access to your bank details.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Switzerland by Swiss Post, without tracking. Shipping is charged once per order: free in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, CHF 6 for Europe, CHF 9 for the rest of the world. Some countries are not served; the list of available countries is in the cart.

Outside Switzerland, VAT, customs duties and any clearance fees of the destination country are paid by the recipient.

5. Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original condition. Please email us first at [email protected]. Return shipping is at your expense. The price of the item is refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.

6. Warranty

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years from delivery against defects present at delivery, for example a charger that does not work or a part that breaks during normal use. Normal wear, drops and misuse are not covered.

Let us know about the defect as soon as you notice it, ideally with a photo. Klune repairs or replaces the item, or refunds it if that is not possible.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Klune's domicile, subject to mandatory jurisdictions.
