This policy explains how Klune processes your personal data, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for European customers, the GDPR.

Data we collect

• Order: name, shipping address, email, items purchased.
• Account (optional): email address and order history.
• Payment: processed directly by Stripe, we never receive your card details.

Service providers

• Stripe Payments Europe (payments)
• Supabase (customer accounts and orders)
• Cloudflare (website hosting)
• Swiss Post (delivery)

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Order data is kept for 10 years for accounting purposes. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected].

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies. Your cart and sign-in are stored in your browser (local storage).
