The HPER comes in three parts: a base, a main frame and a magnetic charger.

Fit the frame

Slide the frame into the slot of the base from the back, all the way in.

Choose the port

Pick the charging port you want to use and turn it downwards.

Slide in the charger

Insert the charger from the side, straight, lined up with the cable opening.

MagSafe-compatible iPhones, magnetic AirPods cases and the Apple Watch.

How much is shipping?

Free in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, CHF 6 in Europe, CHF 9 elsewhere. One shipping fee per order. Outside Switzerland, customs fees may apply.

When will my order arrive?

We ship from Switzerland. Usually 2 to 5 working days in Switzerland, 5 to 12 in Europe and 7 to 20 in the rest of the world.

How can I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never see your bank details.

Do I need an account?

No. The account is optional and lets you see all your orders. All you need is your email address, no password.
